You will need an internet connection with a minimum bandwidth speed of 128kbps to enable the ACN Digital Phone Service.
1. Customers receive a 2,000 minute monthly minute allocation to be used within the designated thirty-one (31) included destinations “within the bundle.” Any minutes which exceed this bundle will incur per minute charges. Calls to mobiles or fixed line: premium, non-geographic numbers are excluded from your inclusive minute bundles. Calls to certain locations are blocked. Please refer to the Price List for additional information. No call set up fee applies.
2. After the expiration of the Withdrawal Period, You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing 30 days’ notice in writing or by calling Customer Services and confirming your cancellation in writing.
3. 12-month contract: If customer does not remain an ACN Digital Phone Service customer until the end of the initial contract period of 12 months, ACN will charge an early termination fee. Please refer to the Price List for more details.

Service of ACN Europe
We practice permission marketing. If you do not wish to receive these email notices please go to the Preferences section located in the top navigation on the IBO Back Office, click on ACN in Action (left side navigation), remove the ticks by any or all countries that you want to omit and then click Submit. This will remove you from the list of recipients.
