TRAINING and GUEST SPEAKERS
ACN welcomed two special guest speakers, both with a unique insight on how to make the most of the ACN Opportunity. The first guest speaker was Mr. Peter Lamas on Saturday morning, who shared his incredible story as well as talked about his product philosophy for the Aluminé line of products. Then on Sunday morning the legendary Mr. George Zalucki gave a special presentation that inspired the crowd. Alongside these guest speakers, many top Senior Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents delivered powerful trainings, ACN’s Vice President of European Sales, Mr. Wayne Holbrook, also delivered an insightful Four Fundamentals training.

Fastweb Service Enhancement for Italy
Also in October we will introduce an enhancement to the existing Broadband partnership with Fastweb in Italy. Your customers will soon be able to bundle their service with a great sim-only mobile offering. This will expand the range of services available to your customers, and when mobile is taken in conjunction with Broadband, customers will save €5 on their monthly invoice!
GDF Suez Enhancement for Italy
A new “Sweet Energy” tariff will be available at the end of October and will make it easier for your customers to switch their energy supplier with a completely online signup process! This Sweet Energy tariff is competitively-priced and will be available exclusively to ACN customers. Full details will be announced in the coming weeks.
JOi Telecom in France
There were 2 enhancements announced for JOi Telecom, including the introduction of a new calling plan called JOi Equality in the month of November. 5 Hours of calling, unlimited SMS & MMS and 500 MB of data for just €11.99 per month! Also in November we will launch a new conference calling feature which will be available to all JOi customers in France.
BV Enhancements
A wide range of BV enhancements were announced for all countries, including Digital Phone Service in all 18 markets, JOi Telecom in the United Kingdom and France, various partnerships for Energy, Home Security and more! Please refer to the updated Products & Services listing document in the IBO Back Office to see the increased amounts. These enhancements will help you maintain your earned position more easily.
TOOLS
Some great new tools were introduced to help you promote the Aluminé line of Personal Care products, including a high-quality glossy brochure (available in packs of 10) and a new 20 minute product training video, which is now available in the IBO Back Office. The brochures were sold on-site at the event and will soon be available on the www.acnbusinesstools.eu website for you to order!

Ronald McDonald House Charities
ACN and the Co-Founders believe in always giving back to the communities they visit. On Friday, Mike Cupisz welcomed Tiziana Gagliardi, Executive Director for Ronald McDonald House Charities in Italy to the stage to present to the audience. During the event, people contributed to the charity and the total amount of donations was matched euro for euro by the Co-Founders. On Sunday afternoon, the Co-Founders presented a cheque in the amount of €14,366.14 to Pierluigi Monteverdi to RMHC.
