The ACN Contact Centre mobile app also allows you to send video content to your contacts via SMS*. Simply tap and hold the telephone number of one of your prospects in the Contacts menu, and choose the content to send. You can even keep track of when the videos you send have been viewed by the recipient!

This handy mobile app provides the ability to send messages to other ACN Contact Centre users in your organisation via the built-in Message Centre feature. This also allows you to receive Push notifications on your mobile device when you receive messages from your contacts, so that you can keep in touch on the go, at any time.

To log in, simply enter your Mobile App Token which can be found by clicking the Mobile App link on the desktop version of the ACN Contact Centre.
