ACN wishes you all an exhilarating and fun filled event on the weekend of 28th of February until the 2nd March. In order to make your experience enjoyable and stress-free, here are some useful tips to follow.

Please note the Main Entrance will be through the Ahoy PLAZA main entrance area (not the Ahoy Arena main entrance).
Registration Area
Ahoy - Hall 3
The registration area is located in Hall 3 and can be easily found following the signage strategically placed throughout the venue. The main event will take place in the Arena accessed via the PLAZA.
Register on Thursday evening to avoid waiting in line
You can register and receive your wristband and translation headset (if already ordered) on Thursday evening at the Registration Area from 18:00 to 20:00.
Remember to bring your photo identification together with your printed Badge/Ticket. The name on your identification document must match your printed Badge/Ticket. A passport or driver’s license is preferred.
Translation Headset Services
If you have pre-ordered a translation headset device, you must collect it by 11:00 on Saturday, 1st March or your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
A refundable €20 deposit (cash only) will be required to obtain your translation headset. Please bring a €20 note when you collect your headset. You will need to return the device with the headphones to claim your €20 deposit back on Sunday.
Do Not Film the Event
It is prohibited to film this event on any recording device. The Event Highlights Video will be available to Your Business Assistant Plus subscribers and will be available to view in the upcoming edition of ACN SUCCESS Monthly. ANYONE FILMING THIS EVENT WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
What to wear
Business casual is the expected attire during the event.
What to do with your luggage
Please consider other guests and do not bring luggage or large bags into the main arena. Please leave your luggage at your hotel.
There will be cloak-room facilities at the venue located in the Ahoy PLAZA entrance area. Luggage will NOT be permitted in the Arena.
