Please note that the ACN Contact Centre replaces the existing Video Emails and Prospect/Leads Report tools for Your Business Assistant Plus subscribers. Existing contacts stored in the Prospect/Leads Report tool can be imported into the new ACN Contact Centre when you upgrade to Your Business Assistant Plus. Please allow approximately 12 hours for your system to fully update to the new Your Business Assistant Plus tools.
The ACN Contact Centre, SUCCESS on Demand and ACN Web Conferencing (powered by Any Meeting) websites are currently only available in English. Marketing materials in the ACN Contact Centre are available in English, French and Spanish. Some videos are available in Italian and Hungarian.
