Hotel Booking Information
We would like to remind you to book your accommodation for the event as soon as possible. Lisbon is a popular city in Europe and we anticipate high volumes of people traveling there at the same time as the ACN International Convention, so we urge you to book your hotel accommodation right away.

Important: Secure Your Headsets for the Lisbon Event
Avoid disappointment by securing your translation service for Lisbon at your earliest possible convenience! Ensure the upcoming ACN International Convention weekend has the optimal effect on your ACN business. Understanding the training sessions is vital so be sure to book your simultaneous translation service before the end of the pre-registration period (28th January, 2009). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to facilitate all onsite requests.

Also, if you book your translation service in advance (€ 45 + € 20 deposit) you save €10 off the onsite price!

Pre-order your translation service by choosing the headset option on either the registration form for Lisbon 2009 or when registering via the Global Registration System located on MyACN for Representatives.

Returning the Translation Headsets from Rotterdam
Unfortunately, not all of the headsets for the simultaneous translation service were returned. We would therefore kindly like to ask those of you who are still in possession of a headset to return it to ACN as soon as possible. ACN will pass on replacement costs (€ 250) to those representatives who did not return their headsets.
