Compensation Plan Changes and New Promotional Bonuses

On January 1st, 2006, the changes to the Compensation Plan and New Promotional Bonuses become effective.

Here are the highlights of the announced Compensation Plan Changes which were designed:

• To significantly increase production by quicker qualifications to accelerate momentum and excitement.
• To reward representatives for their open-line production.
• To ensure the representatives are rewarded for their efforts significantly faster.

This will result in more customers acquired and accelerate the building of your long term residual income.

Customer Point System
For clearer definition of position qualifications, ACN is introducing a customer point system.

• A carrier pre-selection customer will count as 1 customer point.
• A bundled CPS and subscription customer will count as 2 points.
• A bundled CPS and broadband customer will count as 2 points.
• A mobile customer will count as 1 point.

Changes to Earned Positions Qualifications
A new promotion -effective January 1st through March 31st, 2006
Team Trainers can now qualify with 6 customer points.

Effective January 1, 2006, the qualification for Executive Team Trainer position will change to 12 customer points and 2 directly sponsored qualified Team Trainers.

Effective January 1st, 2006, the position of Senior Coordinator will be discontinued. With the recent change to the RVP qualification requirements, there is no longer as large of a gap between TC and RVP. And along with the new changes to T-CABs as described below, an earning potential of a producing SC as a TC will not diminish with the removal of the SC position.

Additionally, 1st Generation ETT CAB and 2nd Generation TC CAB will be discontinued to allow for significant changes to the promotional bonuses as outlined below.

Enhancements to the Promotional Bonuses

Team CABs
The new Team CABs will become effective on January 1st, 2006 and run until March 31st, 2006. The bonus amounts for ETT and TC T-CABs will be considerably increased – in some cases to up to 20% to 400%,

To reward RVP open-line production, ACN will also introduce RVP T-CABs effective January 1, 2006. – paying up to £ 11,250 / €25,000 a month.

Starting in January, the amount of Team CABs will be calculated based on the country of origin of the qualified Team Trainers. Additionally, during the first Quarter of 2006, ACN will start weekly pay-out of T-CABs. Combined with rolling CABs introduced earlier, this change will ensure that representatives are rewarded for their efforts faster than ever before. More details to follow shortly.

ETT in 30 Days
New Team Trainers with the start date between January 1st and March 31st who reach the position of ETT in 30 days since their start date will be rewarded with a
£ 225 / €500 bonus. Please note the new ETT qualifications coming into force January 1st – 12 customer points and 2 qualified directly sponsored Team Trainers.

Customer Bonus
Those Team Trainers who do not qualify for the ETT in 30 Days bonus will be able to take advantage of the Customer Bonus which will reward the acquisition of 20 customer points with a £ 225 / €500 bonus.

Those Team Trainers with a start date between January 1st and March 31st who do not qualify for either ETT in 30 Days or Customer Bonus, and reach ETT outside of their first 30 days, will be rewarded with a £ 90 / €200 bonus.
